It will run for sure. Maybe it will freeze a little here and there, but with everything on low it should run.

As I read the reviews on sites, I can tell you that people really aren't happy with the display, but for the price you won't find better. In my personal opinion I would go for the y700, with the 960M and 16 gigs of ram.

The mini-USB port on the camera links to the camera's data circuitry and media and does not connect to the batteries. If you want you could buy a new one for a cheap amount of money...
