    Try changing the processor. I can't guarantee that this might work, so see if you can get a better processor for a minute from a friend's computer or something. Make sure you get the same socket type! (To find the socket type just google the processor's brand and model name)

    are you using the same Processor with your new motherboard/ old hard drive? The processor might be the reason
