It's a Lenovo Ideapad 330s with an AMD A9-9425, Radeon R5, 4gb ram and 128gb SSD. Particularly looking at source games such as HL2, TF2, Gmod, as I know it won't be able to play Witcher 3 or anything.

Would a laptop (Acer Swift 1) with these specs and a 64gb SSD be useable? I know the performance wouldn't blow the world away; I'm just wondering if a laptop with these specs would perform reasonably well or just be a stuttery mess. I would use it mainly for watching YouTube/iPlayer, writing...
