No, the difference is dramatic, and no, when I was trying it nobody was using it except me, however I will try to contact the provider

The wi-fi at home works great, but when I turn on my new laptop and connect it to wi-fi it begins to work very slow, but the weirdest part is that all the wi-fi devices(phones, other laptops) at home start to work at the same slow speed as my laptop, I updated the wi-fi drivers but it didn't help
