Nope they've stopped working again?!?

And just like that.... they're working again?!? I have no idea what I did (nothing different that's for sure), but it seems to have solved itself??

Tried that and the problem stays. Now the CTRL keys have stopped working completely, so F&%KING frustrating. All of this started after I installed Windows 10!?!? I've tried rebooting, updating keypad drivers, turning on and off "filter keys", and any other solution I've been able to find so...
