MERGED QUESTION Question from danirawsternesoppitt : "Linx14us-sil, intel inside 64gb" My laptop is only 1 month old and I got it as a gift. The laptop will charge as the red light lights up while charging and then went green was fully charged, but it won't switch on at all, please help.

My linx laptop won't switch on but the red light comes on at the side while charging, it's only 1 month old. Can anyone please help.
