Nevermind, i figured it out. I connected the phone to the computer using an aux cable. Then i went to audio properties and clicked on "Listen to this device", and it worked. After that i used virtual audio cable to make it play through discord, together with my main mic. But thanks for awnsers...

What i mean is that: since you can't select output device in spotify, i wanted to try to use my phone to do that. So i would select the phone in input devices in discord, and then play the songs on my phone. But this might not be possilbe?
