Well I replaced the processor and still have the same issues. I will now send the laptop to Toshiba repair center.

Well I bought a new extended battery (Batteries+ 11.1v 6600 mAh, I downgraded I know) The third battery from original (the first OEM died, I buy new after market 10.8v 8800 mAh (from China I think its still good)) anyway plugged the battery up and charged but I did not try to use the laptop...

So I am having the exact same problem but with no kids or anything. I try everything! When the cord and battery stay plugged in the lights will flash once every 5 sec until I unplug the cord. Could the processor be bad?
