I can't actually find that model of Toshiba TV but... Do you know anyone with a relatively recent Samsung smartphone? Or any other phone with an IR blaster? There's an app called Peel Remote Control. It's as simple as pointing it your TV, telling it what make it is, and then pressing a button...
