My 1,5 year old HP Beats Special Edition 15-p030nr Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)has stopped responding to the use of touchscreen ever since I upgraded to Windows 10. In my settings it says no pen or touch input is available, but my touchscreen has worked before. How do I fix this problem? Thank you
