    About vram and graphics card

    As Froggy said your laptop is very underpowered, 2gb of VRAM is very low, 4 or 8 is typical now days, also 4gb of RAM is cutting it really low, I would recommend at least 8gb or 16 for most gaming. Your best bet to play modern games is to buy a new system, or get used to playing older games...

    Alienware 15 R2 not turning on and LED lights flashing on and off?

    Are you getting to the BIOS screen at all? If not might be a short or a fried component.
