So my original charger for my laptop (Sony VAIO) broke. It had an output voltage of 19.5 V and 4.7 A. I recently got a new charger with a rating of 19 V and 4.74 A. Will using the new charger affect my laptop in any way? Performance wise? Is it safe to use ? Thanks!

So I just started developing for android using basic4android. I was wondering whether creating a unit converter app will be good enough for a complete beginner like me. I will appreciate other app ideas if anyone has any :)

Rooted my wildfire s and created a backup recovery using clockworkmod. I used that recovery to revert back to stock rom from custom rom and im thinkng , whether I can use that backup again if my phone gets soft bricked or do i have to make a new one? P.S Yes , a noob question.
