    laptop battery fine, ac pluged in and computer says its charging. but it is discharging

    I have a toshiba satellite p845t. I have to charge the battery in another toshiba. Ac cord plugged in the computer says it is charging the light is on showing the ac cord connected. It is not charging any ideas
