    Solved! My Acer Aspire ES 15 runs on Win 10 and works fine for about ten minutes then it freezes totally and won't even switch off.

    I have a ES 15 also and this has just started happening to me too. I think this might be a problem that might have some thing to do with the battery, but i am not that much of expert either.
