My laptop came loaded with Vista, but my mom upgraded to Windows 7. I tried to load Windows 10, but it wouldn't load, so it restored itself back to 7....but in the process, some of my startup files were deleted/corrupted during the process. Now, Windows won't start up at all....it says Starting...
