Toshiba 42TL515U tv wouldn't turn on after power outage? Clicks 1 time and fan turns on then shuts off when I plug in. I replaced power supply board and same thing. I found a refurbished main board and sucked it up, bought and installed. Now the tv turns on, ( no lights, just click and fan)...
