    Why is my screen flickering 3 or 4 pages on top of one another?

    I have a green line 2 inches from the top going across the screen and now a red line going up and down about 5 inches in. It if fine except for these 2 lines. Then it start flickering. Like a power surge. What is it. Please help me.
