sorry sent message fisrt time to wrong place here is model x553SA-BHCLN1 it was window that told .i needed to restart my pc for the changes to take place .they said one of my driver was not working .they said they repair it anI needed to restart my LAPTOP

my laptop is struck on restart because my volume wasn't working so window found the problem and fix it . They said; to restart the pc now it's struck can and get into it to do anything it's blue screen.
