    contacting the service provider is not an option. But I did that and they do not open locked cell phones.

    I live in Belize, our telephone service provider is Belize Telemedia I just got a Nokia Lumia from the US bought from Walmart (by T-Mobile) and I can't get it unlocked. I went online and got a video from YouTube but the codes the guy had did not work on mine, help!
