I don't think it's an issue with Quickbooks as it's happening with other apps too (CCleaner and Malwerebytes). I'll keep messing around with setting hoping to find a fix. If not, I might have a technical look over the laptop.

My laptop screen size is 15.6" and I tried different resolutions all the way down to 1920x1080. Nothing made much of a difference as text still stayed small.

I tried lowering the resolution, but that did not help. Text is still extremely small. This is really annoying as it's making some apps unusable.

Yes, I use the scale option under display settings. The resolution is currently set to 3840x2160 which is the highest and recommended resolution. https://ibb.co/5GR0WSh
