maybe it is overheating. Are the vents dusty? try using a thermal monitoring software to see what temperatures you are at when running games

I am happy to see this. With DX12 and the revert back to the windows I am comfortable with, I will switch from 7 to 10. Happy MS brought this look & start menu back.

It sounds like you may be hitting your ram limit and the computer is using virtual memory (aka your hard drive) as ram substitute. Its likely that, or a failing hard drive. Best bet is going for the ram upgrade another 4gb. Of that doesn't solve the issue, I'd guess it is a hard drive issue...

75 degrees is the average. Worry when above 85ish. You can turn up fans in AFTERBURNER to lower temps.

couldn't help you with pricing then, sorry, but take into consideration, a microSD card will allow you upgradable storage. Up to 64gb. over the limited 8gb of the iPhone. My choice would be an android.

this is subjective. Do you want android or IOS. Really depends on your preference. My opinion, the iPhone 4s is very outdated and a crummy phone. Also, i prefer android, as i can multitask, customize, more/better apps, add storage, etc. With that iPhone, you are limited to the 8gb only...
