To give you an update: It occured again the next day and apparently, the GPU is broken. Also, while it worked, as soon as I started any game, the stripes reappeared. I dont have any warranty anymore but I suppose that the master card is broken. Ill get that one replaced.

I just did a Windows Repair and after rebooting, it worked again. It didnt find any errors, though. I dont think the problem is fixed, to be honest. For safety, I've disabled CrossFireX and will keep it disabled for a week (in case the slave is broken). Please still tell me what to do to find...
