Hi. Yes they both have 5-cables. The original jack had part number: DD0R03PB000 and the replacement one has number: DD0VM9PB000. Do you think there could be a compatibility issue? I have tried several AC adapeters, and even a 90W with the same error message coming up and the battery not charging.
