    Lenovo ideapad 100 wont start

    Lenivo ideapad 100 wont start. Screen goes to windows picture (grinning fox) with buffering/loading symbol and that's it! Wont do factory re-set - following instructions (switch off, insert paper clip)......but am I missing something?
