I have the same motherboard and cpu as you. Last night i started overclocking it and got it to 2.2ghz with idle temps of 30-32, i don't think i will have any problems getting it to 2.4ghz. I've already lowered my ram speeds and HT link speed to match. The only thing i don't know anything...
