No viruses or anything... The laptop is a X550LC i7-4500U processor And i've upgraded it to 12gb ram And the specs are in this website https://www.asus.com/Notebooks/X550LC/specifications/

The problem with it is it takes extremely long to start and shut down....it take around 30 minutes to start and shut down..... and while loading apps in the pc...it take 10 minutes for normal Counter Strike Global Offensive to load and takes also around 10 minutes just to load microsoft Word and...

or is there any solution to do that without reinstalling windows..... I just want to delete everything except the OS and the driver files....(including system files)

Then, is it call recover? btw....i'm a pc noob...sorry

I need to reformat my laptop as it is EXTREMELY SLOW.....but I don't want to reinstall the windows as I will need to find back all the drivers....... Ps. I also lost the PenDrive for my Windows 7 Someone please help me.........
