    check in windows "control panel" "power options" set it to "high performance", maybe you have now " battery saver" / "power saver" set.

    For others that search for a solution of this problem: On your notebook in windows in "Control panel" look for "Power options" and "Battery saver" / "Power saver" profile and instead set it to "High performance" profile.
