Because it is a process related issue I recommend installing Adware Cleaner, CCleaner and a good Antivirus. Run all scans a few times, delete all threats and do yourself a favour use shut down instead of sleep mode/hibernate. Also.. Microsoft has a lovely tool, google for Microsoft...

Definitely sounds BIOS related though, you might want to check those settings.

Disable all other active mics, works for my laptop.

And ehm if you can, try running a system repair. Doesn't sound much like a software issue but it won't cause any harm. Edit: had a similar case here I think, you might have wrong bios settings.

I don't think that posting your cel number online is a very wise decission, I'd remove that if I were you. You can never be too secure nowadays.

Does it stay black or do you see a a loading screen with the logo of your laptop's brand when you turn it on? If you do get that screen, spam your f8 key and go with the repair option I guess.

Simply press ctrl and shift and you'll be good to go.
