my Toshiba laptop will not go into recovery mode...when I do the zero thing or f1 or f8 all that comes up is computer info IE Phoenix Secure Core..KSW AA Bios..Pentium Dual Core etc but nowhere does the recovery screen come up for me to recover this computer..I hv no recovery disc.and am ready...
