you can't remotely turn on a pc. But yes windows has built in software but your computer must be turned on and you must accept for the first time.

So recently whenever i open a new tab in chrome the cpu usage spikes up to 70-80%! I don't know if this is normal at all. Why should a browser use such specs just to open a tab. My specs are- CPU- AMD FX 8320 Vishera@3.5Ghz RAM Corsair Vengeance 8GB @ 1600Mhz GPU Asus Strix Nvidia Geforce GTX...

I kept it. Never open it though except while upgrading drivers. It doesn't affect me so why remove? it's not that large too.
