This just started happening to us today. It is INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING. So far, the above instructions don't work. The only thing that has worked so far (for a few hours at least) is unplugging the tv for a minute and plugging it back in. We have a Samsung JS8500 4k tv. Now I feel like our $3,000...
