Old battery and new battery are doing the same thing. Can’t turn on. Can’t tell if either one is charging... The lights flash and blink white/ orange every let’s say 10 seconds. The fans also spin randomly when the lights flash. Keeps cycling and doing this every 10-15 seconds, exact same light...

Also, the battery doesn’t even feel warm after being plugged in for over an hour. Shouldn’t it be slightly warm from being charged l?

It was an aftermarket and I do plan on returning it. But what is worrying me now is that the OEM stock battery is not working either. They give the exact same flashing lights.
