I just bought a r5 230 because I have 2 monitors and 1 of then has only VGA port, my problem was that I have an R9 390 and it hasn't got analog signal (dvi to VGA) so I picked un the 230. When I updated the drivers to 16.3 the 230 stopped working and was detected as the hd 6450 I tried to flash...
