Salutations Ellen, Unfortunately web is right. We had the RCA voyager for my daughter and it worked awesome in the beginning, then BOOM half the touch screen did not work and volume stayed at high level (Baby Shark got real annoying o_O). I reached out to tech support an viola! no help there...

At the moment I'm using apple ear buds with in line mic. (I don't recommend it) So, in your humble opinion what is the best headset for pc gaming, especially battlefield 4 and hardline.
