Yes, the support desk response is horrible and claims this is not a "known issue" when clearly it is. Also the keyboard component is not available to purchase right now. I will post more once something happens. Thanks for letting me know that cleaning the contacts does not work.

Did physically reconnecting the keyboard work? My laptop Q550lf is now starting to exhibit the same problems and the contacts are not dirty it's fairly new. I don't see any new drivers on the ASUS website for keyboard specifically, are they packaged in another driver that I'm overlooking? Any...
