Thank you so much to both of you. We have it working with the headphones out, it doesn't make a tremendous amount of difference, but there is a difference. I think what I will do is buy an optical cable, that wasn't supplied with the unit. Strange thing is I was advised to buy an HDMI cable...

I have an LG 42LH2000 tv and want to connect it to a sound bar I have just purchased, a Toshiba 3D SB1, any ideas?
