i have used windows memory daignotis test no problem....n my temperature is aLways between 45 to 55 i think this temperature is IDEAL

my laptop freezes when i play song or video...and games also....in some games it is smooth but in some cant even starts i think its a RAM issue...although it is new 6 month old before bought it 1 month ago i used a ram patch after 10-15 days it starts freezes i have no virus hard disk checked...
