I've just thought about something and it may cause a problem for me. I'm sure my receiver is HDMI1.4 which only allows for 4K up to 24fps? i know my tv has HDMI 2.0 capable of 4K at 60fps.
Going from my GPU > Reciever > TV will this limit me to 4K at 24 fps?

Okay thanks for letting me know, I heard about that earlier apparently it can be a HDMI handshake issue. Just thought I'd let you know to save time uninstalling and reinstalling drivers :P
Are you using a 4K TV as well?
HDMI does pass 5.1 though and there is no input for all of the 3.5mm jacks on the back to pass audio from my pc to the receiver. that connection is only for pc speakers.
