I need UEFI Bios to display on my HDMI so i can disable the cpu thermal throttling function. I know its for my safety or whatever but if my pc gets burned or i do, so be it. i just want to play my games when i get off work with out fps dropping every 5 seconds. I have an HP Pavillion 15...
