Followed your instructions however it's still going between Acer welcome screen and a blank screen. I think I may have accidentally deleted everything during the factory reset. When I initially tried to reset, it got to the very end and failed to complete. So I think when I attempted it again...

I tried to do a factory reset on my Acer aspire one cloudbook 14 however I think all files and data have been wiped as screen is stuck on the acer load up screen and a black screen. Can I use the F2 screen to fix it.
