the best for a PC is AVG free, it is roughly as powerful as norton but Free. for a PDA then you dont really need it. TBH, there are very few people coding Virus's for Windoes CE, ontop of that using active sync, make sure your PDA is completely backed uo and as soon as there is any issue...

i have this head set and the audio quality is junk. i now use senhiaser hd 215 for a similar price.

+1 for a bittorrent based system. anyway why do you need that? use AVG free from grifsoft. http://free.grisoft.com/ most 'IT guys' will use AVG unless it is open source or Shareware all 'free' software is illegal. but you wont get caught.
