    Save yourself a lot of aggravation. I bought and installed Fire stick. Works fine now on Netflix and Amazon.

    I went through a lot of grief with Samsung techs. Between my poor hearing and their accents I got nowhere. Today I received the Fire stick I ordered and it works fine. No more problem. Runs about $35 on Amazon.
