I think the Deck hasn't completely gotten rid of my obsession over fps, because when there's the option for an fps counter I will look at it. However, I would say that now I don't obsess about higher frame rates anymore. 60 fps is great, but 40 fps is fine for most games, and in some 30 is okay.

Paying a subscription to play a game which requires permanent internet connection, and unlimited data to play on the go, does not make me wanna replace my Steam Deck. This article is so stupid. I get it. Cloud gaming is cool. But you can't possibly compare it to the Steam Deck, other than it can...
