1060 is like 100% faster than the 1050... I would get the one with a more capable GPU(1060)...

Whats your fps like? You could try capping your frames/or v-sync. (I refuse these methods but they work...)

Use Plays or OBS or something. I've never heard of bandicam and if its accessing your camera and changing windows settings ditch it.
