    Check if you disabled MaxxAudioPro program which comes with Dell Inspiron. In my case none of the other solutions worked, but enabling this made my headphones detectable.

    If nothing else helped, you could check if you disabled MaxxAudioPro on startup. Almost no one mentioned this problem, as most of the times other solutions work, but this was the reason it didn't work for me. If it is the problem, just enable it and your headphones will be detected.
