Thank you liquideternity for your help. I actually fixed it by unplugging the mouse and plugging it back it. I dont know how that worked but it did stop it.

I am having a problem where when I click the double click button on my mouse it brings up the run command and autotypes baidu.com and go to the webpage. This temporarily disables my mouse (I have to click and wiggle it around to get it to respond again). I have searched and searched for a fix...
