How do I download my old iTunes from an old computer to another device or new laptop. Not all the songs were from iTunes they were downloads off CDs

I have a samsung 2.1 sound bar and a arris cable box and a Sanyo tv. It worked fine all weekend then today I tried to turn on tv sound bar and cable box and it said on the sound bar no usb. I have the sound bar usb connected to cable box with 1 usb cable and the other is connected to the tv
