    New Toshiba laptop battery doesn't charge

    I got a new battery for my laptop. My Toshiba laptop works with the old battery but the old battery only holds ~15 minutes of charge. With the new battery in the laptop it won't turn on and the charging light flashes orange. Can I fix this or is it the new battery?
