    Solved! old Acer Aspire v5- blackscreen

    Hi I have a old Acer Aspire v5 that i am trying to get booted up. It charges and turns on (can hear some boot up.noises) but nothing on the screen. Any suggestions? Fyi I know nothing about computers.
