Recently, i plugged my droid razr maxx into the OEM wall charger with the OEM cable, but it wouldn't charge. all I got was a white light for about 30 seconds and then nothing, the charger works with anything else so i know it cant be that and so deos the cable

so recently, my marantz sound receiver stopped working. when I turn it on, there is nothing on the display and nothing lights up, the only light i get is the red standby light when i turn it off. Can someone please help me. Model: MARANTZ NR1602 av sound receiver. TV Sharp Aquos 32'' LCD TV
